About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews and coordinate selection processes.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities and background verification
- Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate KRA/KPI, performance appraisal and PIP processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and feedback.
- Prepare HR letters including offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving and experience letters.
- Implement HR policies and maintain HR documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
Educational Qualification.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
Preferred Experience
- 46 years of experience in HR Generalist preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, construction, automotive, industrial products
