Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

• Manage employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Support policy implementation and employee grievance handling.
• Maintain statutory registers, HR reports, and employee databases.
• Assist in performance management, organization structure, and HR process improvements.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment in coordination with department heads.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate employee induction and ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Manage employee documentation and asset allocation.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Organize employee events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
• Support employees with benefits, insurance, leave management, and welfare programs.
• Manage employee separation, exit interviews, full & final settlement, and relieving formalities.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, new joiners, exits, and salary revisions.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Address employee payroll queries and maintain payroll confidentiality.
• Stay updated on labor laws, payroll regulations, and compliance requirements.
