Aptara is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our HR team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities
  • Handle onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave and exit formalities
  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing and payroll inputs
  • Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus and TDS-related compliance
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave and HR policies
  • Maintain HR MIS, employee records and statutory documentation
  • Support employee relations, audits and HR process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and statutory requirements

Requirements

2+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations
Hands-on experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance
Good knowledge of Indian Labour Laws
Strong MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll knowledge
Good communication and employee-handling skills
Experience in IT/ITES, BPO, eLearning, publishing or services will be an advantage
