We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Generalist to support day-to-day HR functions and contribute to building effective HR policies and processes. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures
• Conduct employee inductions and manage end-to-end onboarding formalities
• Handle exit processes including documentation and exit interviews
• Manage payroll inputs, coordination, and ensure timely and accurate processing
• Address employee grievances and support resolution in a fair and timely manner
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and compliance
• Support overall HR operations and continuous process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
• Good understanding of HR processes and labour practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
