Human Resource Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Organize and lead Employee Engagement Activities, events, RnRs while maximizing the participation of employees.
• Manage employee grievances, retention, and satisfaction through effective communication channels.
  
• Develop and implement HR policies to improve employee involvement and counseling processes.
  
• Conduct regular employee surveys to measure job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies by conducting induction programs for new employees.
  
• Collaborate with management teams to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills with ability to engage employees at all levels.
  
• Ability to analyze data from surveys and metrics to inform business decisions.
