    About AdvanzIT

AdvanzIT is a Singapore-headquartered technology solutions company that helps organizations design, deploy, integrate, and manage modern IT and data center environments. With operations across India, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia, and expansion underway in Taiwan, Japan, and the UAE, AdvanzIT combines deep technical expertise, strong OEM relationships, and a vendor-agnostic, customer-centric approach to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready infrastructure solutions.

    Job Summary

AdvanzIT is looking for an experienced HR Generalist Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations out of our Bangalore office. This role owns the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding and induction through day-to-day HR operations, time & attendance, learning & development, talent acquisition support, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who can balance operational rigor with employee experience, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient HR processes as AdvanzIT continues to grow its regional and global operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Onboarding & HR Induction

    • Plan and execute end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including offer-to-joining coordination, documentation, and background verification follow-ups.
    • Design and conduct HR induction programs to help new employees understand company policies, culture, benefits, and systems.
    • Coordinate with IT, Admin, and department heads to ensure new joiners have workstations, access, and tools ready on day one.
    • Collect and process joining formalities, employment contracts, and statutory documentation.
    • Track onboarding feedback and continuously improve the new-hire experience.

    2. Time & Attendance Management

    • Administer the time & attendance system, ensuring accurate tracking of employee working hours, leaves, and shifts.
    • Monitor attendance compliance, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with payroll for timely and accurate salary processing.
    • Maintain leave records and ensure adherence to company leave policy and applicable labour laws.
    • Generate periodic attendance and leave reports for management review.
    • Handle escalations related to attendance, biometric/system issues, and leave approvals.

    3. Exit Formalities & Offboarding

    • Manage the complete separation process, including resignation acceptance, notice period tracking, and exit interviews.
    • Coordinate full and final settlement, clearance from all departments, and issuance of relieving/experience letters.
    • Conduct exit interviews to capture feedback and identify trends impacting attrition.
    • Ensure all exits are handled in compliance with company policy and statutory requirements.

    4. Learning & Development

    • Identify training needs across departments in coordination with business leaders and functional heads.
    • Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and certifications.
    • Track training effectiveness, participation, and maintain L&D records/MIS.
    • Support career development initiatives and succession planning discussions.

    5. Talent Acquisition

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and drive end-to-end recruitment for open positions.
    • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews through job portals, referrals, agencies, and social platforms.
    • Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and pre-joining coordination with selected candidates.
    • Maintain recruitment trackers, TAT metrics, and hiring reports for leadership visibility.

    6. General HR Operations

    • Maintain accurate and updated employee records (physical and digital) in compliance with data privacy norms.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and benefits.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, POSH, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.) applicable to the Bangalore location.
    • Support HR audits, policy rollouts, and process improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with payroll, finance, and admin teams for seamless HR service delivery.

    Required Skills & Competencies

    • Strong working knowledge of HR operations, Indian labour laws, and statutory compliance.
    • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms and time & attendance systems.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, in particular, for MIS and reporting).
    • High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and employee-centric approach.
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing organization.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
    • 5–8 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles, with exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
    • Prior experience managing a team or working independently as an HR Business Partner/Generalist is preferred.
    • Experience supporting a multi-location or internationally growing organization is an advantage.

    Location & Work Arrangement

This position is based out of AdvanzIT's Bangalore office and requires the incumbent to work from the office to support day-to-day HR operations and employee-facing activities.
