Human Resource Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations, with strong hands-on experience in PMS (Performance Management System) and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, attendance, leaves, incentives, and final settlements.
• Manage and coordinate Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, and performance documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS/HRMS data.
• Handle attendance, leave management, employee queries, and HR operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and payroll-related reports.
• Coordinate with Finance and management for payroll and employee-related matters.
• Support disciplinary processes, employee grievances, and exit formalities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 25 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Executive / HR Operations professional.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in PMS and Payroll.
• Good understanding of attendance, leave, salary structure, deductions, and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
• Strong MS Excel and HRMS/HRIS skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience in managing PMS/appraisal cycles independently.
• Experience with payroll software/HRMS.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory compliances will be an advantage.
