Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding to Exit management , complete HR Operations experience is required.
• Should have handled employee and insurance-related queries.
• Preparation of various MIS reports.
• Good knowledge of Statutory Compliance (Pan India - EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, Shop Act).
• Knowledge of payroll principles, regulations, and procedures.
• Advanced Excel skills are highly required.
• Data management skills are required.

Added advantage Skills:

• Experience with Greythr and/or Zoho People.
• Exposure to Facility Management and Employee Engagement.
