Human Resource Generalist - 1 To 2 Years (Nariman Point)

Recruitment

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and HODs.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate offer, joining and pre-joining formalities.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain attendance and leave records.
• Support day-to-day employee queries and HR activities.

Training & Employee Engagement

• Coordinate employee induction and training programmes.
• Maintain training records and calendars.
• Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.

HR Administration & MIS

• Prepare and update HR reports and trackers.
• Maintain HR files and databases.
• Assist the HR team in routine administrative and documentation activities.

We Are Looking For

• 13 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
• Well-organized, proactive and willing to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work as part of a team
