Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Support in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication.
• Maintain applicant tracking data and update recruitment reports.

2. Employee Life Cycle Management

• Maintain employee records and personal files accurately.
• Exit Interviews
• Exit Management - FnF to be closed for all employees within 45 days.
  Query & grievance resolution

3. Employee Engagement

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Maintain participation and engagement records.

4. HR Compliance & Policy Adherence

• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company HR policies.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare and present periodic HR activity reports.
• Daily report preparation of attendance and sharing with Business Head.
