Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee management at the manufacturing plant.
2. Manage contract labour and permanent workforce coordination.
3. Maintain daily attendance, leave records, shift schedules and overtime records.
4. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
5. Handle employee grievances, complaints and disciplinary matters.
6. Support Industrial Relations (IR) activities and maintain healthy employee relations.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
8. Maintain statutory registers, employee records and HR documentation.
9. Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, induction and exit formalities.
10. Coordinate with security, housekeeping and other plant administration activities.
11. Monitor contract labour documentation, contractor records and labour licence compliance.
12. Support internal audits, labour inspections and statutory audits.
13. Ensure implementation of company HR policies, rules and regulations at the plant.
14. Maintain HR MIS, manpower reports, absenteeism reports and other HR records.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of plant HR operations.
• Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience in contract labour management.
• Knowledge of attendance and time office management.
• Good communication and employee-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
