Human Resource Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and HR administration. The candidate will work closely with business teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, adherence to company policies, and a positive employee experience across locations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, induction, internal transfers, employee movements, and exit formalities.
  
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, employee documentation, and maintenance of accurate employee records.
  
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, internal processes, and applicable statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
  
• Coordinate background verification, employment checks, employee documentation, and HR audit requirements.
  
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, headcount reports, attrition data, and dashboards to support workforce planning and management decision-making.
  
• Partner with business teams and internal stakeholders to address employee-related matters and ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.
  
• Support employee engagement, employee communication, and retention initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, process standardization, and increased efficiency across HR operations.
  
• Analyze HR metrics, track key operational indicators, and provide insights to support business and strategic HR decisions.
  
• Provide recruitment coordination support, including candidate documentation, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding, as required.
