Human Resource Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employee engagement, recruitment, and HR administration at our Hyderabad location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, and HR records.
• Manage attendance, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate performance management, training, and development activities.
• Support HR policies, audits, and process improvements.
• Work closely with plant management and department heads on HR-related matters.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial organisation.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations.
• Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Experience working with plant employees, shop-floor teams, or factory operations will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools is preferred.
