Human Resource Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR compliance. The candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to independently manage multiple HR activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and hiring activities.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, engagement, and retention activities.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, employee development, and training programs.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for salary processing and related matters.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain employee-related data.
• Coordinate with management and employees on HR policies and workplace matters.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related discipline.
• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in HR operations and employee management.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and labour law compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
