Role

Sr. Executive - Human Resources

• Leadership skills: Ability to lead a team and extremely strong people management skills.

• Operational skills: ability to organize activities for teams, mobilize resources, event planning & management

• HR Expertise: In-depth expertise in HR processes and ability to execute on all the KRAs mentioned above

• Strategy: Sound understanding of corporate strategy and the role of HR and people function for the same

• Communication: Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to connect with and engage with employees on a range of topics

• Bio Manufacturing: Understanding of biotech and manufacturing sector, industry trends and opportunities

Experience:

• Overall industry experience of minimum 4-5 years in the said domain

o Specific experience of at least 3 years in HR functions across multiple KRA areas such as:

• Talent management

• Grievances management
• Talent acquisition
• Training and Development
• H R systems and Payroll management
• Compensation and benefits
• Administration
• Desirable experience: Experience in the biotech sector or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications

o Good at Academics

o Graduate with an MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution

o Any HR related training, degrees and certifications will be an advantage.
