Human Resource Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, statutory compliance, salary administration, contract labor management, factory act, wage administration, bonus act, pf act, esi & gratuity for the organization.
  
• Ensure timely submission of returns to labour authorities and maintain accurate records.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve HR-related issues and provide support on employee matters.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., timesheets) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in Indian labor laws such as Contract Labour Act, EPF, ESIC etc. .
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Strong understanding of statutory laws including PF Act , Gratuity Act , Bonus Act etc. .
  
• Proficiency in using software like Attendance Management System , Payroll Processing Software etc. .
