Human Resource Executive

Key responsibilities:

Payroll.

• Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Handle employee payroll queries and resolve issues.
• Maintain payroll records and reports.

Compliance.

• Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and submit statutory returns.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

HR Operations.

• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records in HRMS.
• Administer employee benefits and welfare programs.
• Support HR audits and ensure legal compliance.

HR Policies & Reporting.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
• Generate HR MIS and management reports.
• Support workforce planning and HR improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies.

• Strong knowledge of Payroll Management and Statutory Compliance.
• Excellent understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS software.
• Strong database management and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Educational Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in HR along with Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Processing, and Statutory Compliance.
• Experience handling end-to-end payroll and employee records for manufacturing or corporate organizations.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software.
