Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

The Junior HR Executive supports the end-to-end employee lifecycle onboarding, documentation, BGV, and HRMS updates alongside time office management, learning & development, and employee engagement. The role requires accuracy in data handling, comfort with MS Office and AI tools, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees at all levels.

1. End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Support

• Support onboarding, documentation, Background Verification (BGV), and HRMS record updates for new joiners.
• Coordinate ID card issuance, visiting card requests, and Day-1 formalities.
• Assist new hires with system access and HRMS profile setup.

2. Time Office Management

• Track and maintain daily attendance, leave, and permission records across the biometric/HRMS system.
• Reconcile attendance data before payroll processing and flag discrepancies for correction.
• Address employee queries related to attendance, comp-off, and leave balances.

3. Learning & Development, Assessments

• Assist in scheduling training sessions and maintaining attendance and completion trackers.
• Support coordination and administration of learning assessments / Feedbacks.
• Follow up on pending mandatory/compliance training with employees and reporting managers.

4. Employee Engagement

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Handle routine employee queries and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.

5. Other Assignments

• Undertake other HR-related assignments as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
