Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.

- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from the respective hiring managers.

- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and shortlist suitable profiles.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups until joining.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Support timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant postgraduate qualification.

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.

- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in using Naukri and other recruitment portals.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within tight timelines.
