Human Resource Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR generalist activities such as employee onboarding, joining formalities, leave management, payroll processing, PF & ESI compliance.
• Ensure timely completion of all HR tasks including salary processing and time office operations.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve employee queries related to benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in an HR role in the Engineering & Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR generalist activities like joining formalities, leave management, payroll processing etc. .
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
