Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

offer management

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job

specifications

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
• Conduct HR screening and preliminary interviews to assess fitment,

communication, and role suitability

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports
• Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and joining formalities
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline building
• Adhere to company recruitment policies and compliance standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring strategies
• Hands-on experience with lateral and volume hiring
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Proficient in MS Excel, ATS, and recruitment portals
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
