Experience: MBA Freshers / 0-1 Year

Required Skills

• MBA (HR/Marketing or related specialization) completed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in recruitment or HR will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
