Human Resource Executive

The HR Executive Field HR Operations will drive end-to-end personnel management, talent acquisition, and ground-level employee engagement at retail outlets in the Bangalore and Goa regions. This role acts as the strategic bridge between corporate HR and outlet operations, ensuring manpower optimization, strict operational compliance, and a strong culture of recognition by regularly connecting with frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Digital Onboarding

• End-to-End Sourcing: Manage frontline recruitment (FOH) for all Bangalore and Goa outlets to minimize vacancies and maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Online Assessments: Administer and evaluate digital pre-hiring assessments tailored for Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and hospitality profiles.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Standardize the onboarding journey for new hires, including mandatory document verification and digital personal file creation.

2. Field HR Operations & Inventory Management

• Uniform & Asset Logistics: Oversee the procurement, allocation, and tracking of employee uniform inventories and official name badges for all designated outlets.
• Manpower Planning: Partner with Area Managers to review roster gaps, plan deployment strategies, and manage proactive hiring pipelines.
• Employee Lifecycle Admin: Maintain accurate regional employee databases, handling transfers, tracking tenure, and facilitating exit formalities.

3. Outlet Visits & Employee Connect

• Field Connect: Conduct structured, regular visits to all outlets across Bangalore and Goa to address ground-level grievances and gauge workplace climate.
• Spot Recognition Programs: Drive on-the-ground execution of employee motivation drives, instantly celebrating frontline staff who demonstrate company core values.
• AOM & Shift Manager Support: Coach Assistant Outlet Managers (AOMs) and Shift Managers on basic employee relations, policy adherence, and retention practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Field HR, Retail HR, or Talent Acquisition within the QSR, Hospitality, or Food Retail industry.
• Geographic Flexibility: Willingness and capability to travel extensively across retail locations in both Bangalore and Goa.
• Skills: Proficient in high-volume frontline hiring, basic HRMS functionality, and data tracking (Excel/Sheets).
• Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving agility, and a highly collaborative approach to working with operational leaders.
