Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

Strong knowledge of recruitment, manpower planning, attendance, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, shop-floor discipline, grievance handling, training and HR MIS. Good communication and Excel/HRMS skills. Should be comfortable working closely with Production and Operations.
