Human Resource Executive

Position: HR Executive
Job Location: Neelankarai, Chennai
Experience: 2-4 Years of experience
Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR or Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, HR rounds and candidate follow-ups.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, joining formalities and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll activities, attendance and leave records.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote employee satisfaction and a positive workplace culture.
• Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
• Manage resignation, exit formalities, clearance, handover and offboarding documentation.
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
