Human Resource Executive

• Handle employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  
• Assist in maintaining HR records, documentation, statutory compliances and databases.
  
• Contribute to the organization of employee engagement activities.
  
• Support HR Manager/ HR Lead in various administrative tasks and projects.
  
• Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  
• Employees Engagement Activities & Event Management
  
• Assist in the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities such as events, training programs, and company-wide initiatives.
  
• Pre-Onboarding, Onboarding Process, Offboarding and Compliance.
  
• Assist with the drafting, updating, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  
• Training End to end coordination and maintain the training records, consolidating feedback.
  
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
  
• Handling day-to-day HR operations, including attendance tracking, and updating HR systems.
  
• Attendance Management and Payroll
  

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Knowledge of HR functions (payroll, employee benefits, training & development).
  
• Mandatory to have HRM tool experience – Zoho or GreytHR or other relevant HR software.
  
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis and reporting) and PowerPoint.
  
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  
• Time management skills, attention to detail, quick learner & creative.
  
• Analytical Skills
  
• MBA - Master of Business Administration, BBA - Bachelor of Business Administration, BBM - Bachelor of Business Management or a related field.
  
• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR Business Partner or HR Generalist or a similar role.
