Role & responsibilities

• PF Administration: Calculate, deduct, and remit employee and employer Provident Fund (PF) contributions accurately and on schedule.
• Statutory Filings: Manage regular filings and remittances for PF, ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation), Professional Tax (PT), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
• Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes to labor laws, employee benefits regulations, and tax policies to prevent organizational penalties
