Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our HR team. The role will primarily focus on Recruitment (70%), along with Employee Engagement and HR Operations (30%).

The candidate must have prior HR experience in the Food Industry and should be comfortable handling recruitment as well as basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment – 70%

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate salary discussions, approvals, offer releases, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate records.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations – 30%

• Coordinate employee induction and onboarding activities.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Handle employee exit formalities and separation documentation.
• Collect and share monthly payroll inputs with the payroll team.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employees with basic HR-related queries.
• Assist with other day-to-day HR activities and operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR,Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience in the Food Industry is mandatory.
• Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
• Good understanding of recruitment and basic HR operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
