• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the manufacturing industry.
  
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with shortlisted candidates.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
