• WORKING DAYS - Monday to Friday, Saturday Half Day
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Full Time Permanent
• SALARY - Between 12k to 20k per month , excluding incentives

Role Overview:

As an HR Executive, you will be playing a critical role in ensuring the organization has a steady pipeline of qualified talent to meet client and business demands. This role blends strategic talent acquisition with handson execution, ensuring the right people join at the right time to meet dynamic business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for bulk hiring across inbound, outbound, and blended BPO campaigns.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, employee referrals, and walkins.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Manage endtoend recruitment lifecycle including offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, track hiring metrics, and ensure adherence to timelines and compliance standards.
• Build strong candidate pipelines to meet urgent and future staffing needs.
• Promote employer branding by creating a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Pre - Requisites:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage highvolume recruitment under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Excel and Powerpoint
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
