Human Resource Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations during the entire recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
