Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in an HR role or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of HR generalist activities, including recruitment, training, payroll processing, etc.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for document preparation and presentation.
