Preferred candidate profile

Strong HR Operations knowledge

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Good MS Excel / HR MIS skills

Knowledge of Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Ability to handle employee queries independently

Manufacturing / Staffing / Plant HR experience preferred
