Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
• Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate candidate interviews
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
• Support HR policies, employee engagement, and performance management activities
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and HRMIS updates
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor regulations
• Coordinate office administration, vendor management, and day-to-day administrative activities
• Support payroll coordination and maintain HR reports
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 year to 2 year of experience in HR, preferably with an IT Services company
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA (HR), or a related field
• Good understanding of recruitment and job portals
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance
• Experience handling onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
