Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for facility management positions such as Housekeeping Staff, Supervisors, Technicians, Security Personnel, and Administrative Staff.
• Coordinate joining formalities, document verification, and induction programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor attendance, shifts, weekly offs, and leave records of deployed employees.
• Follow up with site supervisors for attendance submissions.
• Ensure timely closure of attendance discrepancies.

Payroll Support

• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with payroll and operations teams for salary processing.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, and statutory deductions.

Employee Relations

• Address employee grievances and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
• Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.
• Support disciplinary actions and documentation when required.

Statutory Compliance

• Assist in PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Law compliance activities.
• Coordinate with employees and external agencies for documentation and claim processes.
• Ensure employee documentation is complete and compliant.

MIS & Reporting

• Generate HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, manpower status, and payroll.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR trackers.
• Support audits and compliance reviews.
