Human Resource Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles within BFSI industry.
• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for each position.
• Ensure timely onboarding of new hires and provide necessary training to ensure they meet performance expectations.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in sales hiring or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of BFSI sector and its dynamics.
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment processes with high accuracy rates.
