1. Data Management – Maintain regular trackers without any errors in the data
2. Stakeholder Management – Regular connect with stakeholders to influence manning & onboarding

- ABG & ABC hiring policy adherence
- Scheduling interviews, status updates, selection & offer as per process & TAT
- E-code generation TAT as per policy
