Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, personal files and HR trackers.
• Support attendance, leave, overtime and regularization related activities and coordinate with employees/HODs for closure.
• Assist in joining formalities and onboarding, including document collection, induction coordination and joining kit management.
• Support employee engagement activities, HR events, R&R initiatives and internal communication.
• Assist in maintaining and updating HRMS data and support various HR system/process automation initiatives.
• Support HR in preparing MIS reports, trackers and presentations related to recruitment and HR operations.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HR team as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW in Human Resources from a recognized institute.
• 01 year of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership.
