Human Resource - Job Description


Job Purpose

Our growing company is looking for a HR. Thank you in advance for taking a look at the list of responsibilities and qualifications to support recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR operations for employees working across EV charger and Solar Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for office staff, field engineers, technicians and supporting team (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Maintain and keep a record of employee attendance.
• Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions).
• Assist in employee engagement activities.
• Support grievance handling and exit process.
• Ensure HR policies are followed.
• Execute the annual and quarterly review procedures of employees.
• Carefully adhere to all rules and regulations of the company.
• Verify and process employees claims (travel and food allowances ) as per company policy.
• Handle PF related processes.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes.
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Time Management skills.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 1-6 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR documentation, payroll processes, and labour compliance.

Experience in EV, electrical, infrastructure, manufacturing, or technical/service companies will be an advantage.
