Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end PF and ESIC compliance for employees.
• Manage monthly PF and ESIC calculations, deductions, and contributions.
• Ensure timely filing of PF and ESIC returns/challans and payment of statutory dues.
• Ensure accurate EPF deductions and contribution records during monthly payroll processing.
• Maintain employee EPF-related records and documentation.
• Support employees with queries related to EPF accumulation, withdrawals, pension, and applicable benefits.
• Coordinate and ensure timely statutory compliance related to EPF.
• Onboarding formalities and exit formalities
