* Payroll & salary processing through HR software
* Contract labour management
* PMS & Employee Engagement activities
* ISO 9001 / QMS HR documentation
* Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
* HR MIS & employee records management
Skills Required
Good knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
Naukri & LinkedIn recruitment expertise
Payroll / HR Software knowledge
Good understanding of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
Knowledge of ChatGPT / AI tools for resume screening & shortlisting
Background Verification process
Excellent communication, coordination & follow-up skills
Good knowledge of Google Sheets & Google Drive for creating, maintaining & sharing HR data

We are an established and leading formwork manufacturing company based in Pune with a rich experience of 17 years in design, engineering and manufacturing of concrete formwork systems. We cater largely to the construction industry and have worked with clients like L&T Constructions, Simplex Infrastructure, IL&FS Engineering Ltd, NCC Ltd, J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd, Navyuga Engineering Co. Ltd.
We have designed and engineered our formworks to be:

All these factors lead up to a reduced construction time and manpower cost in any given scenario. We have an in-house design facility and support for re-engineering of the product, along with onsite supervision, assistance, and training.
