Human Resource Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidates.
• Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in HR or related field, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.
