Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, statutory compliance, HR documentation and project/site HR audits. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HR operations and preferably exposure to EPC, Solar, Renewable Energy, Construction or Infrastructure project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding including documentation, verification, HRMS updates, induction and joining formalities.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfers, promotions, attendance, payroll inputs, employee records and separation/F&F.
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee personal files, statutory records and HR documentation.
• Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment and Contract Labour compliance.
• Coordinate with project/site HR teams, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
• Conduct periodic HR compliance audits at project/site locations and identify gaps or non-compliances.
• Verify contractor labour documentation, attendance, wage records, PF/ESIC records, labour licences, registers and other statutory documents during project audits.
• Prepare audit observations, compliance reports and corrective action plans and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/contractors for statutory compliance and documentation.
• Maintain compliance trackers and provide regular MIS/reporting to management.
• Support internal and external audits related to HR, labour compliance and employee documentation.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, payroll, documentation and lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies, processes and applicable statutory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Personnel Management or related discipline.
• 3-8 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
• Strong hands-on exposure to statutory compliance and HR audits.
• Candidates from Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, EPC, Construction, Infrastructure or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Experience handling project/site HR operations and contractor manpower will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing Corporate HR Operations + Project/Site HR Compliance + Employee Lifecycle + Statutory Compliance Audits rather than having experience limited to recruitment or general HR activities.
