Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Prepare and post job descriptions on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
• Manage employee onboarding and maintain employee documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files.
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
• Assist with performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Handle employee exit formalities, exit interviews, and relieving documentation.
• Ensure proper HR documentation and record-keeping.
• Independently manage day-to-day HR operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment and HR Administration is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Candidates with experience in handling HR operations independently will be preferred.
