Human Resource Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation.
  
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures related to background verification, employee data management, and HR miscellaneous tasks.
  
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.
  
• Analyze workforce planning needs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  
• Provide support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR role (Generalist). Should be an immediate joiner.
  
• B.A - Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and Development or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of HR operations, including employee life cycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training & development.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
