Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an extroverted, approachable, and people-oriented HR professional to support day-to-day HR activities, employee engagement, coordination, and communication. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of HR processes, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and basic HR processes.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related activities.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive employee relationships.
• Handle employee queries and ensure timely coordination and follow-up.
• Maintain and update HR-related records and reports.
• Prepare basic reports and trackers using MS Excel.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and other HR coordination activities.
• Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Maintain a professional, approachable, and employee-friendly work environment.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of basic HR processes and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Strong employee engagement and coordination skills.
• Medium-level knowledge of MS Excel.
• Extroverted, approachable, and confident personality.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Should be stable and genuinely interested in a long-term career opportunity.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with prior experience in HR coordination, employee engagement, HR operations, or a similar role.
• Freshers with relevant HR knowledge and strong communication skills may also be considered.
