• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to industrial relations.
  
• Oversee employee life cycle management, including joining formalities, exit interviews, and performance appraisals.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR generalist activities such as policy formulation, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  
• Analyze MIS reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in human resources operations.
