Human Resource Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and screen candidates for different profiles. 
• Visit clients and business partners across to maintain strong professional relationships. 
• Identify opportunities for business collaboration, workforce deployment, and service expansion. 
• Act as a point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders for HR-related support.
• Ensure proper maintenance of attendance records and resolve discrepancies in coordination with field teams. 
• Oversee and monitor attendance tracking for employees across assigned regions. 
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. 
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates. 
• Ensure timely closure of open positions, especially for sales and field roles. 
• Maintain hiring trackers and database. 
• Handle pre-joining formalities, documentation. 
• Process induction and onboarding process. 
• Maintain employee records (physical and digital). 
• Travel arrangements - Stay Bookings 
• Coordination with Vendors for Travel and Stay
  
  

Job Requirements :

• Full time MBA with relevant recruitment experience. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional network. 
• Candidate must have an excellent command over excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table. 
• Must be able to work within the defined timelines. 
• Good understanding of recruitment & HR operations. 
• Knowledge of payroll and taxation would be as advantage. 
• Must have good logical and analytical skills.
