Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and final shortlisting
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for critical and recurring roles
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics regularly
• Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and other talent outreach activities when needed

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA) in Human Resources or related field
• Only freshers with strong communication skills should apply
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus
