Human Resource Executive

Role: The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding support for various corporate and plant-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with consultants and recruitment agencies for manpower requirements.
• Prepare and share recruitment MIS reports and status updates.
• Support onboarding and joining documentation processes.
• Understand departmental manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Conduct initial HR screening and salary discussions.
• Maintain proper communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing and screening capability
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring tools
• MS Excel and recruitment MIS knowledge
• Coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of HR operations and documentation
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial recruitment
• Knowledge of plant hiring and Corporate Hiring
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems will be an added advantage
